Baharat Crumbed Lamb Chops with Lemon Mayonnaise
INGREDIENTS:
10 lamb chops
4 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground cloves
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cardomon
4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons paprika
Lemon Mayonnaise:
150 ml sour cream
150 ml prepared mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice or to taste
2 tablespoons chopped chives
INSTRUCTIONS:
Method for Chops:
Combine all of the spice ingredients together and store in an air tight jar.
Trim the lamb chops and season with salt.
Coat with the prepared spice mixture.
Pan fry in oil until golden on both sides.
Method for Lemon Mayonnaise:
Combine all ingredients together and season to taste.
