Most cooks need 3 knives only - a cook or chef's knife, a paring knife for vegetables and a serrated bread knife. Have them professionally sharpened every two months or so and then hone them with a steel every time you use them. Look after them and they will last a lifetime.

Saturday july 18th

A special italian dinner - rosa matto introduces rocco tedesco. Together they will explore some traditional recipes with a contemporary twist. A wonderful chef's table with matched italian and australian wines.
Numbers are limited to 24 people.
